I had just moved back to Melbourne after living in Adelaide. While living in Brunswick I noticed an abundance of brick veneer homes built by European migrants during the 70s & 80s. The work was informed by Ghassan Hage’s book White Nation: Fantasies of White Supremacy in a Multicultural Society. The photos included snippets from the original Australian national anthem ‘Advance Australia Fair’.
